Overview

Antibacterial agent 308 selectively targets bacterial membranes by binding phosphatidylethanolamine , thereby disrupting membrane polarization, elevating intracellular ROS levels. Antibacterial agent 308 shows significant anti-biofilm activity against S. aureus . Antibacterial agent 308 demonstrates potent anti-MRSA activity.
