ND-7001

Overview

ND-7001 is an inhibitor of PDE2 with an IC 50 of 0.05 μM. ND-7001 exhibits good selectivity agianst PDE3 and PDE4 . ND-7001 increases cGMP levels in primary neuronal cultures of rat cerebral cortical neurons. ND-7001 displays anxiolytic effects.
