Overview

UAWJ246 is a covalent reversible inhibitor of the SARS-CoV-2 main protease ( Mpro ), with an IC 50 of 0.045 μM and a Ki of 0.036 μM. UAWJ246 exhibits potent antiviral activity by inhibiting SARS-CoV-2 viral replication and shows low cytotoxicity. UAWJ246 can be used in research related to SARS-CoV-2 infection , such as studies on COVID-19 [1][2] .
