Overview

TLX agonist 3 is a potent and selective tailless homolog ( TLX , NR2E1) agonist with an EC 50 of 0.25 μM and a K d of 1.6 μM). TLX agonist 3 shows high selectivity over related nuclear receptors, and promotes TLX oligomerization with an EC 50 of 5.0 μM. TLX agonist 3 can be used for the research of neurodegenerative diseases.
