Overview

ERG-IN-6 (compound (+)-(S)-5a) is a μ-opioid receptor activator with an EC 50 of 0.12 nM. ERG-IN-6 also is a hERG (Kv11.1) potassium channel inhibitor with an IC 50 of 0.681 μM. ERG-IN-6 can be used for the research of pain.
