Overview

Spiroxasone is an orallyactive thioacetyl-containing steroid. Spiroxasone can prevent fatal renal damage and nephrocalcinosis associated with acute mercuric chloride intoxication. Spiroxasone can be used for the research of acute HgCl 2 poisoning.
