Overview

ATPase-IN-8 is an anti-enteroviral agent that inhibits the viral non-structural protein 2C, with an IC 50 of 1.4 μM against CV-B3 2C ATPase . ATPase-IN-8 exhibits significant anti-enteroviral activity and acts as a potent, selective inhibitor of CV-B3 and EV-D68. ATPase-IN-8 can be used for research on enteroviral infections.
