Memagal

Overview

Memagal is an AchE inhibitor ( IC 50 = 1.16 nM) and a NMDAR antagonist ( K i = 4.6 μM). Memagal inhibits the neurotoxicity induced by NMDA ( HY-17551 ), with its IC 50 value being 0.28 nM. Memagal can be used for research on Alzheimer's disease.
