Indobufen

Overview

Indobufen is a platelet aggregation inhibitor. Indobufen is a reversible platelet cyclooxygenase ( Cox ) activity inhibitor. Indobufen suppresses thromboxane A 2 (TxA 2 ) synthesis. Indobufen down-regulates tissue factor (TF) in monocytes.
