Overview

E-6700 is an inhibitor of 5-LO and TXA2 synthetase , with IC 50 s of 16.3 μM and 0.026 μM respectively. E-6700 inhibits LTB 4 and TXB 2 production. E-6700 can be used for antiinflammatory research.
