GR-4991W93 is an orally active partial agonist against 5HT 1B/1D receptor , with pIC 50 values of 6.95 and 7.80 against 5HT 1B and 5HT 1D , respectively. GR-4991W93 demonstrates potent inhibition of electrically evoked plasma extravasation in the guinea pig. GR-4991W93 can be used for migraine research.
