Overview

DPC-168 is an orally effective CCR3 antagonist ( IC 50 = 41 nM). DPC-168 exhibits a significant ability to inhibit eosinophil chemotaxis and pulmonary inflammation. DPC-168 can be used for research on airway inflammation.
