Overview

ML278 is an efficient, low toxicity, and plasma stable SR-BI ( IC 50 = 6 nM) lipid uptake inhibitor. ML278 enhances HDL binding while inhibiting SR-BI mediated lipid uptake. ML278 can be used for research on metabolic conditions.
