Overview

AH13205 is a selective prostanoid EP 2 -receptor agonist. AH13205 causes concentration-related relaxations of Carbachol (HY-B1208)-contracted trachea. AH13205 causes dose-related protection against Histamine ( HY-B1204 )-induced increases in respiratory rate.
