LY-466195

Overview

LY-466195 is a selective and competitive GLU K5 receptor antagonist. LY-466195 antagonizes Kainate-induced currents with an IC 50 value of 0.045 μM in rat dorsal root ganglion neurons. In HEK293 cells transfected with GLU K5 , GLU K2 /GLU K5 , or GLU K5 /GLU K6 6 receptors, LY466195 produces IC 50 values of 0.08 μM, 0.34 μM, and 0.07 μM, respectively.
