H2-003

Overview

H2-003 is a diacylglycerol acyltransferase DGAT2 inhibitor with an IC 50 value of 7.4 μM against human targets. H2-003 reduces triacylglycerol biosynthesis and inhibits lipid droplet formation. H2-003 can be used in studies related to hepatic steatosis and insulin resistance.
