KV2 channel inhibitor-1

Overview

KV2 channel inhibitor-1 is a selective K V 2 channel inhibitor with IC 50 s of 0.2 μM and 0.41 μM for K V 2.1 and K V 2.2, respectively. KV2 channel inhibitor-1 possesses good selectivity over K V 1.2 (IC 50 >10 μM). KV2 channel inhibitor-1 is >10-fold selective over Na V channels and other K V channels and displays weak activity on Ca V channels.
