Thioaspirine

Overview

Thioaspirine is a carbonic anhydrase ( CA ) inhibitor with K i s of 64.3 and 10.9 μM for hCA II and hCA IX , respectively. Thioaspirine effectively relieves the inflammatory pain in CFA ( HY-153808 )-treated mice. Thioaspirine can be used for inflammatory pain research.
