Nucleozin

Overview

Nucleozin, a potent inhibitor of influenza A virus infection , induces the formation of nucleoprotein (NP) aggregates and antagonizes its nuclear accumulation, leading to cessation of viral replication. Nucleozin impedes influenza A virus replication in vitro with a nanomolar EC 50 .
