Norzine dimalate

Overview

Norzine dimalate (Thiethylperazine dimalate), a Phenothiazine ( HY-Y0055 ) derivate, is an orally active and potent dopamine D2-receptor and histamine H1-receptor antagonist. Norzine dimalate is also a selective ABCC1 activator that reduces amyloid-β load in mice. Norzine dimalate has anti-emetic, antipsychotic and antimicrobial effects.
