Overview

Lurasidone (Hydrochloride) (SM-13496 (Hydrochloride)) is an antagonist of both dopamine D 2 and 5-HT 7 with IC 50 s of 1.68 and 0.495 nM, respectively. Lurasidone (Hydrochloride) (SM-13496 (Hydrochloride)) is also a partial agonist of 5-HT 1A receptor with an IC 50 of 6.75 nM.
