Flunarizine dihydrochloride is a potent dual Na + /Ca 2+ channel (T-type) blocker. Flunarizine dihydrochloride is a D 2 dopamine receptor antagonist. Flunarizine dihydrochloride shows anticonvulsive and antimigraine activity, and peripheral vasodilator effects.
