Sibrafiban

Overview

Sibrafiban (RO 48-3657) is the orally active, nonpeptide, double-proagent of Ro 44-3888 and a selective glycoprotein IIb/IIIa receptor antagonist. Sibrafiban inhibits platelet aggregation.
