Nifekalant hydrochloride

Overview

Nifekalant hydrochloride (MS-551), a class III antiarrhythmic agent, is a IKr potassium channel blocker with an IC 50 of 10 µM. Nifekalant hydrochloride can be used for refractory ventricular tachyarrhythmias research.
