Overview

Rec 15/2615 hydrochloride is a potent and selective α-1B adrenoceptor antagonist with K i values of 1.9 nM, 0.3 nM, 2.6 nM for α1A, α1B, α1D, respectively. Rec 15/2615 hydrochloride modulates vaginal smooth muscle contractility and genital engorgement.
