Debrisoquin (Isocaramidine) hemisulfate is a TMPRSS2 inhibitors that inhibits SARS-CoV -2 entry into human lung cell line by a TMPRSS2-depedent manner, with an IC 50 of 22μM. Debrisoquin hemisulfate can be used for antiviral research.
