Myristoleoyl-CoA (Coenzyme A,S-(9Z)-9-tetradecenoate) is a monounsaturated fatty acyl-CoA derivative. Myristoleoyl-CoA is produced via the Δ9-desaturase-catalyzed desaturation of myristoyl-CoA in chicken liver microsomes.
