Overview

BODIPY FL SSE is a potent fluorescent dye . BODIPY FL SSE is used to label the primary amines (R-NH 2 ) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules. BODIPY FL SSE can reactive with primary amines on biomolecules to emit green fluorescence. (λ ex =502 nm, λ em =511 nm).
