5,5'-Difluoro BAPTA tetrapotassium is a difluoro-derivative of BAPTA ( HY-100168 ). 5,5'-Difluoro BAPTA tetrapotassium shows large 19 F NMR chemical shifts upon chelating divalent cations. 5,5'-Difluoro BAPTA tetrapotassium has high selectivity for Ca 2+ . 5,5'-Difluoro BAPTA tetrapotassium can inhibit the growth of pollen tube.
