PFB-FDG

Overview

PFB-FDG is a non-fluorescent galactosidase substrate that can be hydrolysed to green fluorescent PFB-F (Ex=485 nm, Em=535 nm). PFB-FDG can be used for the determination of β-galactosidase activity.
