Overview

Demethyleneberberine chloride is a blood-brain barrier-permeable antioxidant. Demethyleneberberine chloride exerts antioxidant effects by targeting mitochondria, activates the AMPK signaling pathway to regulate lipid metabolism, and inhibits inflammation-related pathways such as NF-κB and MAPK .
