Junceellolide C

Overview

Junceellolide C is a transcription inhibitor of cccDNA . Junceellolide C inhibits HBV DNA replication and significantly decreases the level of supernatant HBV RNA with EC 50 values of 5.19, 3.52 μM respectively in HepAD38 cells. Junceellolide C is a potent anti- HBV agent.
