Isorhapontin

Overview

Isorhapontin is an antifungal agent. Isorhapontin inhibits the hydrolytic activity of Trichoderma cellobiohydrolase I (CBH I) with a K i of 57.2 μM. Isorhapontin also inhibits the activity of Trichoderma endoglucanase I .
