Overview

Flutimide is a novel endonuclease inhibitor of influenza virus . Flutimide selectively inhibits endonuclease with an IC 50 value of 3 μM. Flutimide shows antiviral activity in cell culture . Flutimide can be used for the research of acute contagious respiratory disease, such as influenza.
