Aplithianines A

Overview

Aplithianines A is a potent inhibitor against J-PKA cα with an IC 50 of 1 μM , and inhibits wild-type PKA with an IC 50 of 84 nM. Aplithianines A inhibits J-PKAcα catalytic activity by competitively binding to the ATP pocket.
