Overview

AChE-IN-58 (Compound 3) is an acetylcholinesterase ( AChE ) inhibitor. AChE-IN-58 can extend the mean lifespan, delay the Aβ 1 -42-induced paralysis, enhanc the locomotion, and alleviate glutamic acid (Glu)-induced neurotoxicity of CL4176 worms.
