Overview

Sodium new houttuyfonate (SNH) is a partially reversible NDM-1 inhibitor with an IC 50 of 14.2 μM. Sodium new houttuyfonate is an inhibitor against renin and angiotensin I converting enzyme (ACE) . Sodium new houttuyfonate can recover the antibacterial activity of Meropenem ( HY-13678 ) against E. coli BL21/pET15b-blaNDM-1.
