Fleephilone is a fungal metabolite that can be isolated from Trichoderma harzianum . Fleephilone is a HIV REV/RRE binding inhibitor. Fleephilone inhibits the binding of REV-protein to RRE RNA with an IC 50 of 7.6 μM.
