S-Secoantioquine (Secantioquine) is a bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloid secoderivative. In the rat striate membrane experiment, S-Secoantioquine shows weak displacement activity on 3 H-SCH 23390 binding site, and certain displacement activity on 3 H-raclopride binding site.
