Ferolin

Overview

Ferolin is the agonist for farnesoid X receptor ( FXR ) with an EC 50 of 0.56 µM. Ferolin inhibits the expression of inflammatory genes (such as iNOS , IL-1β and TNFα) upon the FXR activation.
