Overview

Abiesadine I is a diterpenoid inhibitor targeting LPS-induced NO production (IC 50 >100 μg/mL) that can be isolated from Abies georgei . Abiesadine I inhibits LPS-induced nitric oxide (NO) production in RAW264.7 macrophages, exhibiting anti-inflammatory activity.
