Cariprazine hydrochloride

Overview

The hydrochloride salt form of Cariprazine, which is a highly selective inhibitor of Dopamine D3 and D2 receptor so that it might be effective as an antipsychotic agent. It has also been found to have moderate selectivity to serotonin 5-HT(1A) receptors.
