Norcepharadione B is an alkaloid that can be isolated from Houttuynia cordata . Norcepharadione B exhibits moderate cytotoxicity against A-549, SK-OV-3, SK-MEL-2, XF-498 and HCT-15 cell line with ED 50 s of 40, 26.4, 40, 14.2 and 38.2 μg/mL, respectively.
