BML-284

Overview

BML-284 is potent, selective and cell-permeable Wnt signaling activator. It induces β-catenin and transcription factor (TCF)-dependent transcriptional activity in 293T cells in a dose dependent manner with an EC50 of 0.7 mM in vitro.
