Overview

Thermopsoside is a CYP450 isoenzyme inhibitor and PXR activator. Thermopsoside inhibits CYP3A4 , CYP2C19 , CYP2D6 and CYP2C9 with IC 50 values of 6.0 μM, 9.5 μM, 12.0 μM and 32.0 μM, respectively.
