Glycyrrhetic acid 3-O-β-D-glucuronide (GAMG) shows that β-glucuronidases (β-GUS) are key GAMG-producing enzymes , displaying a high potential to convert GL directly into GAMG.Glycyrrhetic acid 3-O-β-D-glucuronide is valuable as a sweetener.
