Overview

Chitotriose trihydrochloride is an orally active chitooligosaccharide with antioxidant activities. Chitotriose trihydrochloride inhibits hydroxylation of benzoate to salicylate by H 2 O 2 in the presence of Cu 2+ ( IC 50 value of 80 μM).
