Overview

Multinoside A (compound 6) is an antioxidant with DPPH free radical scavenging activity ( IC 50 =54.3 μg/mL). Multinoside A can also downregulate COX-2 expression ( IC 50 =9.6 μg/mL) and inhibit NO production ( IC 50 =43.9 μg/mL).
