Overview

1,3-Linolein-2-Olein, a triglyceride, is an antileishmanial agent. 1,3-Linolein-2-Olein inhibits promatigotes of the parasite (IC 50 =0.079 ug/ml) and inhibits the growth of amastigotes (IC 50 = 40.03 ug/ml).
