Gluconasturtiin potassium is an orally active glucosinolate found in the roots of Brassica juncea and Brassica hirta . Gluconasturtiin potassium acts as a feeding activator for P. maculipennis larvae at low concentrations, while it exhibits toxicity to the larvae at high concentrations.
